A charitable bequest (a distribution from your estate to a charitable organization through your last will and testament) can become a lasting contribution to our community. Such donations are deposited into the Dearborn Highlands Arts Council Custodial Fund through the Dearborn Community Foundation noting that it is to be put into the Arts Council Custodial Fund.
Board Membership
The Board sets policy and oversees the fiscal integrity of the organization, in addition to employing an Executive Director to affect its policies and directives. Board members serve on at least one of the following committees: Executive/Nominating, Program, Finance, Marketing, Education and Resource Development.
Volunteer
Volunteers do not need to be artists or even artistic! Some of the activities include:
Planning events
Hanging the shows
Promoting the Arts Council in the community
Create and engage in activities to promote the arts inclusive of all ages, ethnicities, locales and aspects of Dearborn County
Engage with other community organizations to promote the arts in Dearborn County
