Dearborn Highlands Arts Council is committed to offering all visitors and program participants, regardless of limitations, a pleasant guest experience.

 

Our Executive Director and volunteers strive to provide everyone with a quality experience when they visit and accommodations are available for persons with special needs. All guests are encouraged to contact us a week in advance of the specific event for additional information and/or to offer feedback so that they may better serve our visitors.

Grab your friends and let's paint! 6 - 7:30 pm, North Dearborn Branch Library, Limit 20.

All supplies included with step-by-step instructions with Dee Brown, SipNDeesign. Beginners welcome and all painters leave with their own masterpiece! Light refreshments served.

Dr. Don Heinrich Tolzmann, retired Director of the German-American Studies program at the University of Cincinnati, 2 pm, Ewbank Room, Lawrenceburg Main Public Library. Light refreshments served.

EMILY ANN THOMPSON

Performing traditional Irish, Scottish, and Canadian fiddle tunes, sings in English and Irish Gaelic, and clogs while fiddling, 11 am, North Dearborn Branch Library. Light refreshments served.

ARTS ALIVE! ART FAIR & GIFT BAZAAR

An Art Fair every day (closed Sunday & Monday), 10 am to 4 pm - celebration of Fine Arts and Crafts Vendors -  jewelry, pottery, painting, woodworking, quilts, etc.   

Silent Auction: Saturday, November 25 - Restaurants, Recreation, Museums, Sports and many more.

December 2: 11 am & 1 pm @ Lawrenceburg Main Public Library

December 9: 11 am @ North Dearborn Branch Library

'TWAS THE NIGHT BEFORE CHRISTMAS 

It's Christmas Eve in the home of the Snickerdoodles. This little mouse family is busily preparing for the arrival of Santapaws! A delightful family Christmas story filled with sing along Christmas Carols! I

Gallery: Youth Art 

Annual exhibit emphasizing the value of art education for all children and to encourage support for quality art programs. Students share and highlight their talent and creativity. Prizes awarded in each category in addition to a Best of Show Award.

Gallery: Spring Into Art 

Annual exhibit - Fine Arts 2D, Fine Arts 3D, Applied Arts, Photography -  recognizes our area artists and brings our community together through the power of the arts. Cash awards.
